Check-in
We weigh your pet, look at the coat and skin, and agree on the service and price before we start. Tell us about allergies, nerves or anything your vet has said.
Bath
Warm water and the shampoo your pet's coat needs: regular, premium, puppy, anti-tick or medicated. Ears and paws get a careful clean.
Blow dry and brush
A thorough dry and brush-out so the coat doesn't stay damp or mat. Deshedding lifts out loose undercoat.
Trim and tidy
Nails, hygiene areas, face and the haircut you asked for, from a light tidy to a full body trim.
Ready to go home
We call or WhatsApp you when your pet is ready, and note the date so we can remind you when the next groom is due.

First groom
Once your vet says the vaccines are far enough along, start with a gentle Puppy Bath and a nail trim. Short, calm first visits make grooming easy for life.
